Problem-solve and provide course oversight while maintaining an ongoing, professional, clear, and consistent communication with students, Program Directors, Associate Dean or Assistant Dean in Nursing, and others as necessary through various modalities including electronic email, telephone calls, text messages or virtual meetings. Deliver effective instruction: Assume primary responsibility for and exercise oversight of the curriculum in conjunction with college policies, ensuring both the rigor of programs and the quality of instruction.
