Communicates effectively with all members of the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and achieve desired outcomes Provides Advanced Life Support level services to the community by responding to 911 calls on the Cheshire Medical Center ALS Paramedic Intercept unit. Performs as part of the patient care delivery team in the Emergency Department with responsibilities including: Assessments, Cardiac Monitoring, O2 Therapy, Airway Management, EKGs, Phlebotomy, IV Therapy, Medication Administration, Splinting, Crutch Fitting, Suture set up, Vital Sign measurement and patient discharges.
