Understanding and capable of performing the following: finishing par bake products, labeling product ingredients, dating, rotating, closing department, opening department, writing orders, posting ads/display signage, inspecting all bakery items for quality and consistency before merchandising, decorating for seasonal promotions and to optimize sales, merchandising, and using "This One's On Us" cards to "Make Our Guests Crazy About Us!" . Operating (at minimum) the following equipment in a correct and safe manner: com-line, phone, scales, shrink wrapper, sheeter, doughnut hopper, doughnut fryer, divider/rounder, bread slicer, dishwasher, proof box, glazer, label machine, case lights, ovens, PFM/shrink, retarder, tubes, tips, spatulas, pins, and theme kits.
