Performs core nursing assistant responsibilities, including blood glucose testing, weights, vital signs, intake and output, specimen collection, Foley care, telemetry monitor application/reapplication, and other patient safety activities. Provides patient care and assists with procedures and activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, toileting, ambulating, transporting, turning, and repositioning patients.
