Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Processing bi-weekly payroll using an automated payroll system.  this including inputting and editing hours into the Kronos system</li><li>Reviewing and verifying expense sheets</li><li>Process accounts payable and ensuring all invoices are properly reviewed, routed, approved for payment</li><li>Maintaining an up-to-date database of employee licensing, vaccination records and personnel files</li><li>Distributing select HR plans, procedures and educational materials, as instructed</li><li style="color:#1f497d">Carrying out administrative duties, as needed</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have at least two years’ experience in accounting and/or payroll within a healthcare or healthcare-related setting. A high school diploma or GED, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, XP) is required. EOE
