Validate that the payroll system is properly withholding RRB taxes, ensure new regulations are documented, develop system requirements for any regulation requiring IT support, participate in system implementation and testing for new enhancements, reconcile W2 wages to RRB wages reported annually, and update or prepare new internal procedures related to the RRB.
