The Payroll Manager serves as a subject matter expert on payroll practices and regulations, leads process and system improvements, and partners with Finance, Human Resources, Benefits, Information Technology, managers, employees, and payroll vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll services. This role provides leadership and oversight for payroll processing, timekeeping, reconciliations, payroll tax and reporting requirements, employee and manager support, payroll systems, audits, and related processes.
