Perform such as personnel transactions related to new hires, promotions, career progressions, lateral transfers, merit increases, performance bonus/administrative increases, voluntary terminations and retirements; status change transactions related to work location, supervisor changes, leave without pay, FMLA, military leave and no/limited duty status; and disciplinary transactions related to suspensions, demotions and non-voluntary terminations. High school or GED plus five (5) years of experience utilizing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities in a field such as human resources, payroll, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
