Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you’ll administer employee benefits programs, manage leave of absence and accommodation cases, coordinate benefits education and events, and use data and market trends to analyze, report on, and recommend benefits programs, while delivering excellent customer service and resolving day-to-day inquiries.
