Carilion Children’s is located within Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, a 763-bed teaching/tertiary care center, and is comprised of a standing 8-bed PICU with flex into other critical care areas, a 27-bed inpatient unit, a 60-bed NICU/intermediate nursing unit, and a 27 bed Pediatric Emergency Department.
