The Director partners closely with US NAVY Executive Leadership, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management leaders to establish supplier performance expectations, governance processes, and continuous improvement strategies. The Director, Supplier Performance is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise supplier performance strategy to ensure supplier quality, delivery, capacity, responsiveness, risk management, and operational excellence support business objectives, customer commitments, and long-term growth initiatives.
