Maintain working knowledge of foundry equipment and processes that may include horizontal molding systems, green sand systems, no-bake or chemically bonded sand processes, coremaking equipment, induction furnaces, pouring systems, material handling equipment, casting finishing equipment, and related support systems. You will work closely with the Foundry Superintendent and cross-functional partners in Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Machine Shop, and other operations functions to resolve production issues, improve equipment and process performance, develop employees, and consistently produce high-quality ferrous castings.
