Following successful completion of the initial operational objectives, the Director of Commercial Operations will transition into the permanent operational leader responsible for helping build, lead, and scale Omari Commercial's operations platform, project management department, field operations department, procurement procedures, and operational infrastructure. The selected individual must be capable of entering an active construction environment, quickly evaluating project status, identifying operational deficiencies, implementing accountability systems, leading project teams, directing field personnel, and ensuring successful project execution.
