This role will work closely with the Asset Management, Investment, Finance, Operations, and Leasing teams to maximize returns, minimize risks, build financial models, analyze market data, support leasing efforts with dedicated Asset Managers primarily in the industrial asset class, and prepare executive-level reporting for leadership and investment decision-making. Support leasing efforts with dedicated Asset Managers, primarily within the industrial asset class, by tracking leasing activity, LOIs, vacancies, tenant exposure, rollover risk, market comparables, and broker updates to support portfolio strategy and asset-level decision-making.
