This role will partner with the President, BCC / PC Transformation, Cross-Functional Leaders (i.e. R&D, Supply Chain, I&A, RGM, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.) and Senior Director, Transformation to lead broad-based strategy deployment for the Sector and provide oversight of multi-functional strategy deployment for the business. Partnering with the business’s Talent Business Partner, evolve the culture, support talent management initiatives in partnership to continue to build talent, attract, engage talent and develop a diverse consumer organization.
