The ideal candidate is a licensed Ohio pharmacist with an accredited pharmacy education and relevant experience who can independently manage medication orders, medication preparation and dispensing, clinical interventions, quality assurance, and pharmacy operations while collaborating effectively with the broader healthcare team. Depending on the assigned area, the pharmacist may provide direct patient services, including medication and disease-state education, counseling, minor laboratory procedures, interpretation of laboratory results, immunization administration, and services under approved health-system protocols.
