Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees, including required documentation, accurate HRIS setup, orientation, and follow-upComplete onboarding tasks for both Turnberry and client requirements, including updates in HR and business systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Salesforce, and other internal toolsManage background verification processes in alignment with company and client requirementsDeliver engaging onboarding presentations and clearly explain benefits, compensation, employment models, policies, and company expectationsServe as a first point of contact for new hires with questions about onboarding, benefits, employment status, HR systems, and HR processesPartner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and other corporate leaders to ensure seamless onboarding experienceMaintain accurate employee records and ensure employment-related tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve, streamline, and document HR processes and workstreamsSupport the administration of HR programs, processes, and employee lifecycle activitiesEnsure compliance with onboarding, employment, and client requirements by ensuring documentation, system updates, and follow-up tasks are completed accurately and consistentlySupport HR leadership in critical projects and administrative functions across the organizationQualifications:1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting operations, onboarding, project coordination, or a related field preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredStrong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain detailed HR, benefits, and employment information in a clear, professional wayComfortable presenting to groups and answering employee questions accurately and professionallyExperience with ADP Workforce Now, Salesforce, HRIS platforms, or similar HR/CRM systems preferredStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through and ability to manage multiple deadlinesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple prioritiesCustomer-service mindset with a high level of professionalism and discretion The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 or the hourly equivalent. This role coordinates new hire onboarding, supports HR operations, maintains accurate employee records, responds to employee inquiries, and helps ensure HR processes are completed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with company and client requirements.
