Performs evaluation procedures as per Policy and Procedure: self-care assessment, FIM assessment, ROM, manual muscle test, upper extremity/hand assignment, sensory testing, interest checklist, splint/orth assessment, position assessment, and vital signs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Current Occupational Therapist Licensure as required by the state where services will be performed: MD: Occupational Therapy licensure through the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene.
