Henry Ford Home Health Care's services are provided by qualified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified wound, ostomy and continence nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech - language pathologists, medical social workers, dietitians, and home health aides. Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, implements treatment programs and organizes and conducts a variety of sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help clients regain physical or mental functioning and/or adjust to their handicaps.
