The Central Plant Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the equipment within a central utility plant, which typically includes boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and other HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and safe heating and cooling distribution throughout a building or campus by regulating temperatures, pressures, and flow rates, often requiring routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, and responding to emergencies; essentially acting as the primary caretaker of a facility's central energy production system. We are proud to have built, and continue to foster, an incredibly talented team spanning across the globe in hundreds of different fields - each team member proud to serve our country with first-class business services, while also making a difference for our Chugach shareholders.
