Basic Qualifications- Master''s degree in finance, accounting or other related field- 10 or more years of commercial lending experience- Three or more years of management experiencePreferred Skills/Experience- Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans- Strong leadership and strategic management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skillsBase pay for this role usually falls within $145,000 to $240,000. In addition, certain positions may also be subject to the requirements of FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, the NFA, the FCPA, the Bank Secrecy Act, the SAFE Act, and/or federal guidelines applicable to an agreement, such as those related to ethics, safety, or operational procedures.
