Cyber Warfare develops, trains, and employs capabilities that preserve mission assurance and freedom of action in contested environments, spanning offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, cyber mission systems, EW/EMSO, cryptologic support, cyber test and evaluation, cyber ranges, mission training, and resilient architectures. The selectee has broad latitude to set growth direction, identify markets and customers, build partnerships, and recommend capabilities, investments, and organizational approaches, subject to Astrion strategy, resource allocation, and Bid Approval Process (BAP).
