SUMMARY: The Executive Chef directs the day-to-day operations of the Food Center which prepares and serves three free meals a day, 365 days a year, to the hungry and homeless; provides opportunities for them to have daily showers and obtain clean clothes through the Personal Hygiene Programs and caters meals for the clients of the Center of Hope. SVdP CARES serves 19 counties across 7,678+ square miles of Florida including Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, Desoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole, and Sumter counties.
