This role provides visionary leadership to advance the organization's lifesaving mission while ensuring operational excellence across all departments, including Marketing and Development, Veterinary Clinic, Volunteer Services, Community Programs, Pet Pathways, Lifesaving Programs, Thrift Shop Operations, Facilities, Human Resources, Finance, and Executive Administration.
