Review sales order information and schedule manufacture/repair orders in accordance with due dates: execute routers and release them to the floor with necessary prints; prepare schedule to accommodate availability of personnel, equipment and materials; and release materials needed on orders from the stockroom or staging areas. Drive increased inventory turns, reduced cycle times, and improved Customer OTD by developing, implementing, and managing pull-based capacity planning & material replenishment processes, including, but not limited to customer demand integration, Kanban cards, Vendor managed inventory and supplier consignments.
