The HALOS Home Team Manager provides operational leadership for the HALOS Home Team clinician workforce to expand patient access, accelerate timely Starts of Care, strengthen staffing capacity, and support continuity of care across assigned regions. Coordinate cross-functional activities with Intake, Clinical Operations, Scheduling, Case Management, Payroll, Recruiting, and Regional Leadership to remove barriers to admission, staffing, and continuity of care.
