Proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems / component library developmentComfort using Cursor, Windsurf, or AI-assisted tools to build interactive prototypesFamiliarity with wireframing tools like Whimsical for early-stage ideationBackground in startups or small teams where you wore multiple hatsAbility to clearly explain and defend design decisions to technical and non-technical partnersExperience designing complex, data-rich products (enterprise software, dashboards, or similar)Why This Role ExistsRox is defining a new category of software.
