Cross-Functional Support: Develop and translate legal and regulatory considerations (privacy, IP, AI, data protection, and similar frameworks) into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional stakeholders including security and marketing teams Commercial Support: Support complex customer, partner and vendor negotiations, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements in collaboration with other legal and business partners Drafting & Review: Draft and review clear, consistent terms, disclosures, and marketing copy Process & Training: Help draft and maintain policies, playbooks, checklists, FAQs, and training materials to improve process and streamline stakeholder engagement. Product Counseling: Partner day-to-day with product and engineering teams — joining planning and design discussions, reviewing features for legal risk, and serving as a go-to legal point of contact for cutting-edge product and feature development and launch.
