The Foreman's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, maintaining multiple product lines, having multiple line leads directly reporting, and providing support to the technicians in assembling controls, switchboards, panels, and future product lines, performing various tests on products, coaching employees, training, writing up reports, QA/QC inspections, using various equipment, and acting as the Subject Matter Specialist to the engineering, quality, and supply chain team.
