The position performs inspection and validation of welded assemblies, fixtures, tooling, gauges, and production equipment using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Hexagon Romer portable measuring arms, laser scanning systems, and associated metrology software. The technician develops and executes measurement strategies, analyzes dimensional data, validates compliance to engineering drawings and customer specifications, and communicates technical findings to Quality, Welding Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations.
