Interact daily with all levels of employees to include production floor personnel, supervisors, Managers, Directors, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Material Management, Purchasing, Regulatory, Validation, Quality Operations, PMO, Finance, and IT to ensure supply plan and other key business objectives are achieved. As part of the Supply and Demand Planning Team, the Supply Planning Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of raw materials and finished goods to support manufacturing and distribution operations, be responsible for balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory levels, and collaborating cross-functionally to support business continuity and growth.
