A defining responsibility of this position is onshore ownership of correctness: authoring precise, testable build specifications for offshore development partners, formally reviewing and accepting their deliverables, and validating that reported production metrics (Takt attainment, work-in-process position, dwell time, defects per unit, Andon response, and automated backflush) match observed reality on the assembly line. Develops and maintains the Microsoft Fabric / OneLake medallion data estate (Bronze / Silver / Gold), including ingestion of RTLS and Andon event streams, ERP master and transactional data, lakehouse and dimensional modeling, incremental refresh, and semantic models tuned for DAX and Direct Lake performance.
