In this role, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assemblies by driving root cause analysis and corrective actions, managing PR/MRB processes, and improving production quality, efficiency, and work instructions. Drives adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
