The employee is required to follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment, which may include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe shoes, or other protective equipment depending on the work area and assigned task. The Manual Machinist II is responsible for independently setting up, operating, inspecting, and troubleshooting conventional machining operations using manual lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, saws, and related equipment.
