This position is responsible for maintaining a strong presence on the production floor, reinforcing safe work practices, supporting quality performance, coaching employees, driving accountability, and helping the team achieve daily operational goals. The role includes employee coaching, onboarding, corrective action follow-up, KPI management, shift alignment, policy enforcement, union relations support, 5S discipline, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
