The primary role of the Production Supervisor is to lead by example, drive strategic growth, manage change effectively, engage with customers, develop talent, and collaborate across the organization to maximize productivity. You will also play a critical role in cross functional communication, partnering daily with Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure the entire site is aligned, informed, and working toward a common goal.
