Experience in some of the following: Network troubleshooting and triage, NIST SP 800-171/CMMC Level 2 implementation and maintenance, DFARS implementation and maintenance, network monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting methodologies, technical documentation, network security, system hardening, virtualized backup/recovery systems/environments, scripting with PowerShell/Bash/Python, and AC and DC power systems. Create access policies and perform user administration, including setting access controls, coordinating with program leads and management on user access and permission-change approvals, and providing direct user support such as account recovery and password resets.
