Working knowledge of program/project development, evaluation, creating datasets, financial management and reporting, research principles including CITI training, grant writing and proposal submission, University procedures and policies, program/project related federal and state regulations. This interdisciplinary initiative enhances end-of-life care by fulfilling meaningful wishes for patients and their families, supporting bereavement services, and partnering with clinical teams to promote compassionate, humanistic care.
