The Program Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative and operational support for assigned programs related to planning, directing and coordination of activities associated with system-wide improvement, innovation design and training. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, such as physicians, nurses, administrative staff, patients, and community partners, to promote program participation, gather feedback, and ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
