Working in close collaboration with Burn Division physicians, nursing leadership, SOM Surgery & hospital administration, and community stakeholders, the Burn Program Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered burn care while advancing the Burn Centers mission in clinical excellence, education, research, injury prevention, and survivor support. Reporting to senior SOM Surgery leadership, this position is responsible for the overall administration, strategic planning, operational performance, financial management, and growth of the Burn Division across clinical, aftercare, outreach, prevention, education, quality, and research programs.
