10 years of experience in business process improvement, project/program management, business analysis, operations management, technology implementation, or a related discipline including experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders across multiple business units; documenting workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities, and implementing process improvements; and driving organizational change, user adoption, training, or communications initiatives. Combines process improvement expertise, project management discipline, stakeholder engagement, and close coordination with AI teams, will accelerate the responsible use of AI across the business while delivering measurable operational efficiencies and enhanced client and associate experiences.
