Working across a highly matrixed environment, you will partner with leaders throughout Service Operations, Business Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security, Product, Legal, and other key stakeholders to establish scalable processes, improve resilience maturity, and support critical business objectives. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen HRO's resilience capabilities across business continuity planning, crisis management, operational resilience, technology resilience, third-party resilience, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
