As a Senior Program Lead- Strategic Pharma Partnerships, you will be responsible for: Program Delivery- Own and lead the end-to-end program delivery strategy across all workstreams, ensuring successful execution from discovery through launch and ongoing operations, meeting contractual commitments, proactively managing risks, and leveraging the Program Manager to oversee day-to-day execution while maintaining overall accountability for partner success and strategic direction. Partner Relationship Management- Serve as the primary operational liaison for the client, building strong executive and working-level relationships through frequent engagement, leading partner communications and steering committee interactions, anticipating client needs, preparing strategic positions for key discussions, and collaborating closely with the Program Manager and Alliance Manager to ensure alignment, representation, and successful partnership outcomes.
