The position focuses on access control, video surveillance (CCTV/VMS), intrusion detection, intercom,Weapons Detection, Visitor Management, Elopement, Infant Protection and panic alarm systems, and the associated software platforms and IT integrations. The technician II works independently in the field, collaborates closely with IT/network teams, reads and interprets wiring diagrams and system schematics, and performs preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and database upkeep.
