The Senior Director, Payroll Projects & Payroll Time is responsible for leading the global payroll transformation, governance, and workforce time strategy to drive operational excellence, compliance, scalability, and employee experience across the organization. Experience leading large-scale payroll implementations, transformations, system enhancements, acquisitions, collective bargaining agreement pay practice implementations, harmonization initiatives, or enterprise change programs.
