Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and information technologies, including: Linux and Windows Server environments Virtualized and heterogeneous network environments Web servers, proxy servers, and cloud computing platforms Automation and scripting tools Identity and access technologies (Active Directory, SAML, SSL, SSO) Application platforms (Java EE, NET web tier) Databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including external consultants, to deliver enterprise software deployments. The Infrastructure Architect will serve as the front-line support lead for enterprise PLM and engineering applications, owning issue triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution across users, SMEs, and infrastructure teams in secure environments.
