SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Functional Responsibilities Work closely with marketing, IT, data governance, project sponsors, and assigned team members to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new or active project initiatives Manage project for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Lead and leverage team members to perform project review meetings and management presentations, creating project delivery plans and backlog-driven work structures, including project milestone schedule, test plan, success criteria monitoring and control, developing procedures, documentation, and system implementation plan. BASIC OBJECTIVE Lead cross-functional IT and Marketing teams delivering customer data and marketing technology initiatives, ensuring high data quality, privacy compliance, and business value realization.
