What Youll Do What You Will Do: • Project Administration & Documentation Support: Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination • Maintain project files, logs, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes) • Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines • Assist with contract review and ensure documentation compliance • Financial & Cost Support: Assist with job cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing • Support change order preparation and tracking • Help monitor budgets and forecast updates • Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate cost coding • Field & Operational Support: Coordinate onboarding documentation and compliance requirements for field staff • Track equipment and material deliveries • Support project closeout documentation and final reporting • Attend project meetings and distribute summaries • Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between operations, accounting, safety, and clients • Support weekly and monthly reporting processes • Ensure accurate and timely communication across project stakeholders. What Youll Bring What You Will Bring: • Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, or related field) • 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar platforms) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
