Must have eight years of experience in risk management, process improvement, or project management, including one year of experience with Commercial Off-the-Shelf risk management tools, statistics, data collection, analysis, data presentation, and automated data management tools in a classified environment, experience with Agile Scrum methodology, and three years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired, or twelve years of experience if no bachelor's degree is held. Must be capable of collaborating with the Government Program Manager, Government leadership, Business Financial Managers, Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer's Representatives, mission teams, and agency leadership regarding organizational and program risks.
