Prologis has adopted full integration into Autodesk Forma (Procore comparable software) and Project Coordinator will be expected to develop strong working knowledge of the accounting, contract drawings, and file management modules of the software in order to support team projects - additional software modules will be introduced in the future, and ideal candidate will increase their proficiency with the program moving forward. Over time, the coordinator may take on broader project responsibilities as readiness and business needs allow, including supporting due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and customer-focused delivery for speculative, build-to-suit, and tenant improvement projects.
